  • Rate and Points - 7.49% to 12% (does not include 2% broker fee).
  • Loan-to-Value - Some programs up to 75% LTV Max.
  • Terms - 2 Yrs - 5 Yrs, 25-30 Yr Amortization.
  • Fast Closing - Close in 30 - 45 days.
  • Credit Score - 650 Minimum
  • Construction - We have construction lenders with many programs.
  • Required Docs - Full Package, including Tax Returns, 1003, Tri-Merge Credit Score, Executive Summary, Rent Rolls, Purchase Agreement.
  • Notes - Rates and Terms Vary depending on lender, risk, and other factors and may change at any time.
We work with investors and equity lenders in all US markets. We will consider strong deals with good ROI. Broker fee is 4% on equity deals.
